The crisis in Ukraine takes a potentially dangerous turn, with Kiev saying its forces attacked and partly destroyed a column of Russian armoured vehicles that entered Ukrainian territory overnight. But there's now open division in Europe over how to respond to the situation. We talk to Raoul Ruparel, head of economic research at Open Europe.
