Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Dr Chetna Kang and Toby Friedner focus on disability and mental health.

Mixed anxiety and depression is the UK's most common mental illness and there are millions of people who live with it.

This week we'll meet people who have had CBT and find out how access to CBT on the NHS is going to become easier.
