Friend: British nurse with Ebola is 'extraordinary'
A British man, who contracted Ebola whilst volunteering as a nurse in Sierra Leone, has been praised as "extraordinary" by a friend.
William Pooley, 29, from Suffolk, is currently being treated in isolation at the Royal Free Hospital in London, where his family say he is receiving "excellent care".
Dr Oliver Johnson, who recently worked with Mr Pooley in Sierra Leone, said his friend showed "enormous compassion" and "courage" by helping treat Ebola victims, despite knowing the risks.
