Hazel Blears: Terror suspects should be relocated
Labour MP Hazel Blears says the authorities should be given powers to relocate terror suspects away from their homes.
The former counter-terrorism minister said moving suspects prevented them from plotting attacks with known criminal associates.
She said if such steps were not taken to combat the terrorist threat and "expose" extremist ideologies, it would continue "for the next decade."
"When you are facing a severe terrorism threat then you do need to be prepared to do things that are quite controversial", she said.
