Do cultural institutions need to engage more with ethnic minorities?
New culture secretary Sajid Javid has called on cultural institutions to do more to engage with ethnic minorities and people from low income backgrounds, stating that; "There are still far too many people in our country who are effectively excluded from what should be our shared cultural life". So should more be done to reflect a culturally diverse society in the theatre?
