A row's broken out in Rutland, over how the Memorial hospital in Oakham is spending thousands of pounds - left to it by a former Uppingham man. Teddy Toon was the town's undertaker, and a colourful character who toured around with his performing dogs.But when he died, he didn't have any family, and instead left his estate to the people of Rutland in three parts...
