The ICC has summoned Kenya's President Kenyatta to appear before the tribunal on 8 October in the latest round of his crimes against humanity trial. Is it right to do so?

The International Criminal Court has summoned Kenya's leader Uhuru Kenyatta to appear before the tribunal on 8 October in the latest round of his crimes against humanity trial. Meanwhile this week it launched a probe into the "endless" war crimes in Central African Republic. But is the ICC acting properly? Do its rulings and verdicts mean anything? And, does it bring the right people to justice?
