'It's been hell!' Dad on kids' reaction to TV-free night
Adults and children should have TV-free days to help tackle obesity, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has advised.
NICE suggested that if people could not go cold turkey, TV viewing should be limited to no more than two hours a day.
But how would children react to a the concept of a TV-free evening?
5 live's Rowan Bridge visited Tom Marshall in Newcastle-under-Lyme, who put the idea to daughters Holly, 11, and Emily, eight.
