Company employee defends Tesco
A Tesco employee, who's worked for the store for 15 years, says people should hear more about the good work the company does.
It follows Tesco suspending four of its executives, including its UK managing director, after it was revealed the supermarket had overstated its half-year profit guidance by 拢250m.
The anonymous employees shared examples of charity fundraising and the work done to support the local economy: "I just hear all the negative stuff, never the positive stuff...as a shareholder as well I'm feeling a bit battered at the minute."
