Kosovo is reeling from the release earlier this year of a jihadi video showing a Kosovan Albanian with ISIS beheading a soldier in Syria. Amid reports of increasing numbers of young people becoming radicalised and leaving for Syria and Iraq, the government in Pristina has responded with a series of arrests.
