Perry's discussing the minimum wage and disabled workers after a row over comments made by a Tory peer about their "worth".
Perry chats to Joe O'Connor a former special forces soldier who set up a charity called Sanctuary for Veterans. He's led a life full of hazards - after dying three times as a child when he stepped into traffic getting off a bus, he joined the SAS, worked in bomb disposal and his military career ended when he fell 400 feet and broke his neck!
