The emergence of Moeen Ali as a front line spinner, the success of Varun Chopra as a county captain and Ravi Bopara being restored to the one day international team. Just a few of the success stories amongst British Asian cricketers this year and next week they will be amongst those recognised at the first ever Asian Cricket Awards. The Asian Network has profiling some of those who've been nominated. One of those is Gopi Raj, the founder of the English Tamil Cricket League, who is up for the Grassroots Award.
