Former Top Gear presenter on Argentina controversy
Former Top Gear presenter, Chris Goffey, said the programme's "ladish approach" leads researchers to try and "outdo each other" and "overstep the mark".
His comments come after the Top Gear cast and crew had to abandon cars at roadside whilst filming in Argentina due to row over ‘Falklands’ number plate. Jeremy Clarkson drove a Porsche 928, with the number plate H982 FKL.
Mr Goffrey said that there are still "very strong feelings" about the Falkands war in Argentina, especially amongst war veterans.
