A Leicester man's campaigning for local bus services to stop in the proper place. Phillip Marsham say the buses he takes are repeatedly stopping short of the raised kerbs - meaning passengers have to jump a few inches down to the pavement. He told Jim that it's potentially a big problem for elderly passengers:
