How David Cameron can get the EU on his side
A hypnotherapist has suggested how David Cameron can be taken more seriously during his speech in Brussels.
By giving a "totally unexpected" delivery of his speech, Andrew Newton believes Cameron will have more of a chance of persuading the EU leaders to agree with him.
David Cameron hopes to get a reduction in the 1.7million pound top up fee that is being demanded of Britain as well as an alteration in immigration laws.
