USA host the All Blacks in front of a record crowd. Can rugby overtake American football?

The vast capacity of Soldier Field in Chicago is used to being full with fans cheering on a rough and ready sport played with an oval shaped ball, but on Saturday whilst the stadium will still be full, the game will be slightly different!

That's because the home of the American football team the Chicago Bears will be taken over by the America rugby team as they host the best in the world - New Zealand. The pull of the All Blacks has meant this will far exceed the largest crowd ever to watch a rugby game in the United states

So who better to look ahead to this game than the presidents of two of Chicago's finest rugby clubs.

Mike Zdenovec, president of the Chicago Blaze, and first Patrick O'Reilly president of the Chicago Lions who have been hosting the American team ahead of their big match.

So surely it would be easier to simply ask the Chicago Bears American football team to take off their helmets and pads, and take on the All Blacks!?
