The Ebola nun who helped save a Spanish nurse
Matthew Bannister interviews Paciencia Melgar, a nun and nurse who survived Ebola. Now immune to the disease, she last month donated her blood to a Spanish nurse who was the first person outside West Africa to be infected with Ebola, as part of her successful cure. Paciencia, originally from Equatorial Guinea, explains that she caught Ebola at the hospital in the Liberian capital Monrovia where she worked.
