Is Rosetta Making Space History?

European robot probe Philae has made the first, historic landing on a comet, after descending from its mothership. We hear your reaction to this key moment in space history.

After 10 years, and a journey of more than six billion kilometres, the Rosetta mission has achieved one of its main goals: at 1605 GMT today, it got confirmation that the Philae space probe had landed on Comet 67P.

This marks an important day in space history: never before has Mankind managed to land a probe on a comet. And it gets better: by analysing the data Philae will now gather, scientists could find the answers to some of the mysteries surrounding the formation of our Solar System.

On today's programme, we hear your reaction to the landing.
