Team GB are in desperate need of a replacement for the current World Record holder in the Women's Marathon, as Paula Radcliffe nears the end of her career. Whitwick's Gemma Steel took up running in 2005 - having stumbled across her talent at a local running club. Now, she's competing for a place in the Olympic team in 18 months time. But exactly how quick is she? Well, we sent our own Ian Stringer down to the 'Paula Radcliffe Stadium' at Loughbrough University, to find out
