Spiderdad surprises his son on his birthday

We meet spiderdad Mike Wilson. He dressed up as the superhero and jumped down from the roof to surprise his 5 year old son on his birthday. The video clip showing the little boy - who's suffering from a brain tunour - react with delight went viral.
