An African Businesswoman from Leicester will help improve prospects for traders in an historic shopping arcade in the city centre.The Silver Arcade re-opened its doors after a three-million-pound facelift over a year ago - but many of the units, particularly on the ground floor, have remained empty. But now, 'Crystals' hair dressing salon, run by ELIZABETH ADAMA AQUA, is moving its business from nearby Cank Street.
