Caribou resilience
The weather has turned awful. This is serious for us all - it’s proper Yukon winter weather. It’s -40 degrees, but caribou are built to withstand these extremes – they have compact bodies, insulating hollow fur and they don’t need to shiver till it’s below -40 degrees. They just sit it out.
