UKIP Deputy Chairman Neil Hamilton speaks to 大象传媒 Essex
First he was a candidate, then he wasn't a candidate, now he is a candidate again.
The Basildon councillor Kerry Smith has once again been selected to stand for Parliament for UKIP in South Basildon and East Thurrock, after being told in October he would have to make way.
The former Conservative MP and UKIP deputy Chairman Neil Hamilton was being tipped to fill the slot, but last night Channel 4 broadcast details of a letter from the UKIP finance committee querying expenses claims made by him.
Mr Hamilton exclusively told 大象传媒 Essex's Robbie West he was withdrawing from the process
