This week here on 大象传媒 Radio Leicester, we're following some Leicester school pupils as they visit France to learn about the Christmas truce of 1914 during World War 1. Year 10 boys from the Lancaster School in Leicester have been to France to study the truce in detail and meet up with 100 French and German pupils. 大象传媒 Radio Leicester's Bridget Blair was with them...and on the ferry over to Calais, she spoke to Ian Jones, who teaches the boys history and modern languages.
