Support for care leavers
Teenagers in care face the prospect of having to pack their bags at the age of 18 and move out -- the law has recently changed to allow those in foster care to stay until they are 21. The charity Barnardo's says that is not enough and that support should be offered to all up to the age of 25. Ashley John Baptiste , who grew up in care, speaks to others, just emerging from the system.
