From war-torn Syria to making cheese in Britain

Two years ago, Razan Alsous fled the conflict in Syria and moved to Britain; to a town called Huddersfield in the north of England. Since then she has turned her life around and has started a business making halloumi cheese. It has been extremely successful and she has already won an award for her 'Yorkshire Dama' variety. When Outlook's Jo Fidgen spoke to Razan, she told her about the situation in Damascus that prompted her to leave.
