Nina is 71. She's Polish and has lived in the UK for over 30 years. Heart disease runs in her family. She had her first pacemaker fitted in 1996 and for ten years it was great. Then she had a mild heart attack and her health began to deteriorate. She's tried experimental drugs which didn't work and she says she's had excellent care. But last year she was told her heart was working at 10% capacity and she was unlikely to have long to live. She tells @jenntracey why she wants her pacemaker switched off.
