Ingredients for the cupcake: to make 10-12

4 0z stork
4 0z caster sugar
2 0z flour
2 0z Cocoa powder
2 eggs
A pinch of baking powder

Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees
Cream together stork and sugar
Whisk in the two eggs
Sieve flour and cocoa powder and baking powder in to the bowl and mix all ingredients together

When mixture is smooth and fully combined spoon ingredients in to muffin cases and bake for 14-17 mins

For Oreo topping:

500g Icing sugar
160g butter
3-4 table spoons of milk
1-2 packets of double stuffed Oreo biscuits

Combine butter and icing sugar until mixture looks like crumble topping.
Add milk slowly mixing until all ingredients combine and form a smooth texture that will sit in peaks.
Crush Oreo biscuits and whisk into the butter icing.
Pipe on to your cooled cup cakes
