Top US personal trainer: Losing weight is 'simple'
One of America's best known personal trainers, Jillian Michaels, says people should simply "eat less and move more" to lose weight.
Michaels said that although the reasons behind weight gain could be complex and "emotionally driven," losing the pounds was straightforward.
"Get out and move your body three or four times a week 鈥 preferably for thirty minutes,鈥 she said.
鈥淵ou鈥檒l see a massive transformation in your health and it won't crush you financially".
Michaels is best known for creating the "30 Day Shred" workout and putting contestants through their paces in US TV show "The Biggest Loser".
