Deane: 脴degaard will "inspire a new generation"
Martin 脴degaard scored his first Senior goal against Sarpsborg. Their then manager Brian Deane shared his thoughts on the 16-year-old's move to Real Madrid.
The former Premier League striker was "surprised by the move" but describes 脴degaard as a "fantastic talent", who reminds him "a little bit of Lionel Messi"
Deane believes the move to Real Madrid will "inspire a whole new generation of players" and that 脴degaard will mentally "be able to cope with the challenges ahead of him."
