Escaping the Holocaust - Friedel Hollis' story
In 1939, 10 year old Friedel Hollis was sent with the Kindertransport children from Germany to live with the Clayton family in Horfield, Bristol. Her family later died in the Holocaust. Friedel now lives in Bath, and has been telling her story to Radio Bristol's Jonathan Holmes.
Friedel is pictured here, showing a picture of her with the Clayton family who adopted her in 1939.
