Newton Abbot: Will last year's storms influence voting?

It was 12 months ago when Brunel's historic coastal railway, in the seaside town of Dawlish, collapsed overnight in a terrible storm cutting off Devon and Cornwall's main line to the far south-west.

Normal services have resumed on the line but the impact of that night is still being felt by people across the south west and by the political parties as we approach the election.

As part of our focus on 100 constituencies in the 100 days ahead of the election, Jon Kay reports from Dawlish.
