Ukraine conflict: Can Putin be trusted?
As a peace deal is being in brokered in Belarus between European leaders, Ukraine and Russia, the Prime Minister of Finland, Alexander Stubb, told John Humphrys:
"One could say Georgia was the expansionist policy of Russia...I think Russia has basically entered a new phase, we should talk about the end of the end of the cold war".
"If we don't find a solution to this conflict I'm afraid we are going to be in for frozen relations between Europe and Russia for the foreseeable future".
Asked if Russia's President Putin can be trusted? "Whether he can or not, he will be there for a long time".
