Bank of England Deputy Governor: Bank leadership should manage risks
Sir Jon Cunliffe, the Bank of England's Deputy Governor for Financial Risk, told the programme he would expect "the management, the leadership, of a large group to be able to ensure there is the culture and the operations within that group to manage those sorts of risks".
