Harper: Conservative government will 'keep' pensioner benefits
The Conservatives say they'll protect free bus passes and winter fuel payouts for all pensioners if they win May's general election.
Labour and the Liberal Democrats have said they would remove some benefits from better-off pensioners.
But the Work and Pensions Minister Mark Harper says a Conservative government would keep the benefits for all pensioners:
