The threat of more sanctions is hanging over Russia. Europe's foreign ministers have been meeting in the Latvian capital Riga today, amid heightened tension over the crisis in Ukraine. Yuriy Pavlenko, Ukraine's Minister for Agrarian Policy, tells the 大象传媒 how the fighting has affected output in Eastern Ukraine, while Dr Frank Schauff of the Association of European Businesses in Russia explains why he thinks tightening sanctions further is a bad idea.
