He reckons perhaps it is time for companies to stop just considering profits and growth, and to prioritise being good instead. And, Lucy Kellaway of the Financial Times wonders whether, despite the billions spent on super-smart bosses with high-end degrees, there is a singular lack of common sense in many big businesses?
