Child and Adolescent Mental Health

Sophie Sulehria takes a snapshot of CAMHS in Beds, Herts and Bucks

Difficult access, long waiting times and lack of clear leadership.

Just some of the criticisms levelled at children's mental health services across England, in a report published this week.

It's prompted the government to announce a £1bn investment which they say will transform these services.

Today we'll get a snapshot of what children's services are like now and how they will improve in the future and meet people trying to prevent children becoming mentally ill in the first place.
