Is Bowls Ageist... Against the Old?
One of the world's big bowls tournaments has been taking place this week where the sport has been facing controversy. Traditionally a sport played at an older age, are selectors favouring a younger generation thus denying older players opportunities at a national level? The sport is popular in Australia (the Jacaroos) and New Zealand (the Black Jacks) from where Hanne Davis reports.
