Burnham: NHS is going backwards on this government's watch
The shadow health secretary said the NHS "still provides a good service in many cases, but too often now it is failing people.鈥
Andy Burnham spoke to Andrew Neil about Labour's plans for the health service as they looked at the records of his own party and the coalition.
And he said: 鈥淣obody gave this prime minister their permission to put the National Health Service up for sale. It must be an issue at this election."
