A new photo exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston puts the 2011 Fukushima disaster in a unique perspective. The exhibit is called ‘In the Wake: Japanese Photographers Respond to 3/11’, and it was curated by Anne Havinga. Here, she describes the first image people will see— a photograph by Nobuyoshi Araki
