Is Worcester a priority for the Transport Secretary?

Will the Conservatives spend big in Worcester if they win the election? Councillors in Worcester want to government to help pay for a project to widen one of the city's bridges - to help with traffic congestion in the south of the county. So will the Conservatives come up with the cash? We asked the Transport Secretary Patrick Mcloughlin if he'd spend tens of millions of pounds on widening Carrington Bridge.
