Leanne Wood: 'Plaid Cymru could vote against Labour budget'
Plaid Cymru leader Leanne Wood has said her party would be willing to vote against a Labour budget, warning the party鈥檚 leader not to take her support for granted.
"We've offered out our hand to Ed Miliband in order to set up that alternative government and he's arrogantly pushed that hand away," Ms Wood told the Today programme.
She urged him to revise his position after polling day to prevent a Tory government.
Ms Wood said If Labour wanted Plaid Cymru's support "they need to take on board some of the things that we are saying. It's arrogant of them to just assume that they can just take our votes without giving anything back in return."
"We would be prepared to vote down a Budget by Labour if it was pushing, putting forward, more cuts on the backs of the poor."
