These are the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th.
The origin of the turned out feet can be traced back to the courts of Louis XIV; the women of the time wore long court dresses and only their feet were exposed. It is said that they would turn the feet out to expose more of the shoe and to show off their intricate footwork.
