A 27 year old diversity official for student Union at Goldsmiths University in London put up a post on Facebook inviting only ethnic minority women to an event. She went on to say "if you are white or a man don't come". She got a lot of criticism for being racist. Bahar Mustafa's also said "I, an ethnic minority woman, cannot be racist or sexist towards white men, because racism and sexism describes structures of privilege based on race".
