'The oil industry is about people and how you treat them'
The African oil tycoon, Og Amazu, claims to be the first Nigerian to go to the North Pole and swim under the Arctic ice. He did it to promote his charitable foundation Challenge 100, a project that he runs alongside his role as Chief Executive of Amazoil - an energy company with assets in Nigeria and Chad.
Og Amazu cut his teeth in the oil industry working as an energy trader for 20 years in London, before returning to Nigeria to take the reins at Amazoil.
The 大象传媒's Russell Padmore met him in London to get his take on how the huge drop in oil prices is affecting economies in Africa.
