'Wrong to use referendum to make changes to electorate'
John Redwood, Conservative MP for Wokingham, has told Today that it would be "wrong" to change the franchise for the referendum on Europe.
He said it was the "right thing to do to have the same election that voted in the general election", but added "we can look at changes for future elections".
