On Wednesday 20 May 2015, the UK's Supreme Court lifted an injunction on publication of concert pianist James Rhodes' autobiography, Instrumental: A Memoir of Madness, Medication and Music. On Saturday 23 May the book was launched at Hay Festival with James talking to his friend Stephen Fry about the ordeal of the case and reading some powerful, moving extracts.
