Parents support Orthodox Jewish ban on mothers driving
Children who belong to an ultra-Orthodox Jewish sect in North London have reportedly been told they won't be allowed to attend school - if their mothers drive them there.
The Jewish Chronicle says it's seen a letter sent from the Belz Hasidic sect which says women who drive, go against "the traditional rules of modesty".
Our reporter Dino Zofos got the views of some parents on the school run in Stamford Hill.
鈥淚 am affiliated with them. I chose to send my kids here, I chose to be a part of this community and I have no problem following their rules. You can鈥檛 pick and choose鈥 said one parent before adding 鈥渋t鈥檚 basically women not showing off.鈥
