How Smoking Killed My Loved One
Three tobacco firms in Canada have been fined $12bn in damages for failing to tell smokers of the dangers. Jean-Yves Blais was aged just ten when he started smoking in 1954; after years of illness he died of lung cancer in 2012. His wife Lise made an emotional appearance before the world's media as the judgement was announced. The couple's son, Martin, tells World Business Report that whilst justice has been done, "nothing will bring my father back".
